Dear Parents & Students,
I am looking forward to another great week. The students have been great about following the dress code for the most part. Please make sure that your child wears a belt to school if they have belt loops.
We have had an exciting week of learning. Next week, we will will continue to cover animal classification. This past week we studied about fish and reptiles. This week we will be learning about amphibians, birds, and invertebrates. In math, we will begin with lesson 5. Please continue to practice the multiplication tables with your child. In writing, we have been learning about the 4 types of sentences. Ask your child to tell you the 4 types and what sound they make. At the end of each day, we go around and name one thing that we learned that day.
